Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Supervisor located in Rajasthan, India. The Engineering Supervisor will oversee daily engineering operations, manage maintenance and repair tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of all systems. Responsibilities include supervising engineering staff, managing construction and renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves coordination with other departments to maintain the hotel's infrastructure while optimizing efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to provide effective leadership and guidance to the engineering team
  • Proficiency in Engineering Management and Project Management to oversee infrastructure projects and ensure timely completion within budget
  • Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, ensuring all systems and equipment function optimally
  • Knowledge of Construction techniques and standards relevant to hospitality properties
  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
  • Problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field; prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
