Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-Site Supervisor located in Jaipur. The On-Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction operations, ensure project progress aligns with timelines, manage a team of workers, and ensure quality control on-site. Responsibilities include scheduling tasks, monitoring safety compliance, addressing challenges, coordinating materials and resources, and ensuring clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Site management skills including team coordination, task scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of construction techniques, safety protocols, and quality control measures
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet project requirements
  • Prior experience in construction supervision or a similar role is an advantage
  • A degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferable
