We are looking for a seasoned Architect

  • I with over 10 years of experience in frontend development, who can lead architectural decisions, set coding standards, and guide teams in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in and a strong grasp of frontend architecture, modern development tools, and best practices. Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend architects to align technical architecture with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor frontend engineering teams through architecture reviews, code quality checks, and technical guidance.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, tools, and frameworks that enhance development productivity and performance.
  • Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility across the frontend ecosystem.
  • Ensure maintainability and reusability of code through thoughtful component architecture and modular design.
  • Participate in strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and team capacity planning.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Architect or Architect.
  • 10+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with at least 5+ years in
  • Deep understanding of , Hooks, Context API, Redux, React Router, and component design patterns.
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of frontend architectural patterns like micro-frontends, monorepos, and design systems.
  • Experience with state management, performance tuning, lazy loading, and code splitting.
  • Exposure to CI/CD processes, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and code versioning tools like Git.
