Job Description


• Proficient in Java 8 or above, able to independently develop and maintain Spring Boot applications.


• Capable of designing and implementing RESTful APIs, familiar with HTTP protocol.


• Familiar with Java Servlet, Java EE, Jakarta EE, JSP (JavaServer Pages)

 
• Experienced in packaging WAR files, Java EE deployment and runtime processes, and able to install, configure, and manage applications on common application servers (such as Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, etc.)


• Understanding of J2EE, JSP, and MVC architecture, able to collaborate with Java web backend (such as IVR Controller) development

 
• Familiar with Asterisk's basic architecture, call flows, and SIP protocol


• Experience integrating Asterisk with external systems (such as IVR Controller, web services)
• Able to design IVR interaction logic based on business requirements.


• Understanding of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) business processes.


• Able to read and understand VXML file structures and their role in IVR systems


• Able to design and generate dynamic VXML files based on VXML pseudocode structures


• Familiar with Jenkins CI/CD processes
• Proficient with Git, Maven/Gradle, and related tools 

Java backend development (Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs)

Enterprise application deployment (Java EE, WAR packaging, Tomcat/WebSphere)

IVR systems and telephony integration (Asterisk, SIP, VXML)

DevOps and CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
