Asset Desk Manager

  • Achieve Branch RACC target by directing and activating branch staff on RACC Leads, Liaison with RACC product teams and branches to handle RACC cases of the branch and ensure smooth processing.
  • Conduct training for branch employees and create awareness about features and disbursement process for RACC products.Liaise with marketing team to conduct Marketing activities for lead generation in and around branch premises, Adhere to the processes of the bank by complying with all rules and regulations.
  • Resolve customer queries and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Behavioral / Functional Traits.
  • Excellent Knowledge and understanding of all Retail Assets Products – HL, LAP, PL, GL, Agri, BL, LAS, Credit Cards.
