Job Overview:

We're looking for a proactive Inside Sales & Business Development Executive to engage with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Your goal is to convert leads into paying customers, track payments and conversions, and deliver excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential leads via telecalling, WhatsApp, and email to pitch StockWiz's financial services and training programs.
  • Follow up with leads for payments, enrollments, and renewals, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and call logs using CRM tools and sales tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service activation, technical support, and client feedback.
  • Re-target warm leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales and retention targets.
  • Provide after-sales assistance and basic technical support to existing clients.

Who You Are:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred).
  • Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, telesales, or customer service — preferably in finance, edtech, or SaaS.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, Excel, or Google Sheets for tracking leads and performance.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.
