Job Purpose:

To manage and analyze operational, financial, and compliance data, ensuring accurate

reporting and insights that support business decisions, risk management, and regulatory

compliance within a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to

transactions, customer onboarding, collections, disbursements, and

compliance.

  • Monitor key operational metrics such as KYC completion, payment settlements,

and customer service SLAs.

  • Work closely with finance, risk, compliance, and operations teams to collect,

validate, and consolidate data.

  • Generate reports required by regulators (e.g., RBI, SEBI) and ensure timely

submission.

  • Automate reporting processes and dashboards using advanced Excel functions.
  • Analyse transaction patterns to flag anomalies, potential frauds, or compliance

risks.

  • Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and presentations.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with fintech industry norms

(AML/CFT, KYC, data privacy).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros); working knowledge of SQL

is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Good understanding of fintech operations (payments, lending, wallets, UPI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in fintech.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related

field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Data Analysis (fintech or BFSI sector

preferred).

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RBI/SEBI guidelines, AML/CFT norms) will
