Cinema Team Leader / Guest Service Provider – Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist customers with ticketing, seating, show timings, and general enquiries.
- Handle guest complaints or issues politely and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience in all areas (box office, concession, auditorium).
Team Support
- Guide and support team members during operations.
- Ensure staff follow company policies, grooming standards, and work discipline.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service and cinema procedures.
Operations
- Monitor box office, concession, and foyer operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas and auditoriums.
- Oversee show start/stop timings and coordinate with projection team.
- Ensure ticket checks, crowd control, and queue management are done properly.
Sales & Revenue
- Promote combo offers, memberships, and upselling at concession counters.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security checks are followed.
- Report any hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance requirements.
Reporting & Communication
- Update shift reports, attendance, and operational issues to Duty Manager.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments (Projection, Housekeeping, Security).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
