Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

  1. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  15. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as necessary.

  16. Financial Analysis:

  18. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

  19. Team Management:

  20. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

  21. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

  22. Systems & Processes:

  23. Oversee and improve financial systems, processes, and software to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  24. Ensure proper documentation and storage of financial records.

  25. Risk Management:

Provide recommendations to senior management on potential financial risks and opportunities.
