Role Description

On-site role
located in Chennai
and Work From Home option available for the right candidate for a Sales & Marketing Professional specializing in the Market Research industry. The Sales & Marketing Professional will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, and developing sales strategies. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling client communications, and training sales staff on best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Hands-on experience across multiple sectors (FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of primary research methodologies
  • Build long-term client relationships and achieve revenue targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Engage with global clients, understand requirements, and present tailored research solutions.
  • Work closely with the research team to align client needs with deliverables
  • Drive proposal development, client pitches, and negotiations
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions for sales teams
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai
  • Proven track record in market research or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
