Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer at our Bengaluru location. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering design and planning, developing stormwater management strategies, and ensuring the execution of construction projects aligns with quality and regulatory standards. The role also involves managing and mentoring a team of civil engineers, reviewing project specifications, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering principles
  • Proficiency in Planning and implementing construction projects
  • Experience in Stormwater Management and related environmental factors
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is preferable
