Job Responsibilities-

  • Material purchase Planning as per schedule given by Production and R&D, QC, Maintenance.
  • Researching potential vendors
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
  • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Vendor follow up
  • Material Procurement in time & Quality at all location.
  • Purchase & Sourcing of Raw Material from multiple vendors
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Maintaining purchase database like purchase orders, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Maintain a database of approved suppliers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinate with store team to ensure proper storage
  • Prepare ISO Reports
  • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

Education - Graduation

Candidate must have 1-5 years of experience as a purchase executive.

Experience in Sheet metal industry is required.

Required Male Candidate only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
