  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare costing, estimations, and technical details for EV charging infrastructure projects.
  • Draft and format proposals and quotations for EV charging stations.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers to close sales successfully.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and takeover.
  • Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and follow up with existing clients.
  • Prepare loan documents and agreements for bank financing processes.
  • Maintain consistent client follow-up through professional email and phone communication.
  • Support marketing and content creation activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Additional Advantage: MBA in Marketing or Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication, language, and typing skills (English & Malayalam).
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email documentation.
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Interest or prior experience in EV, renewable energy, or technology sectors preferred.
  • Ability to handle multi-department coordination and maintain timelines efficiently.
  • Additional PreferenceFemale candidates preferred.
  • Candidates with digital marketing or social media content creation skills will be given priority.
