Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Representative
Location: Bangalore / Pune
About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated Customer Support Executives with prior experience in international voice processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Resolve queries effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate fluently and professionally with global clients.
- Meet performance benchmarks in quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth support delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 15 days' notice period preferred.
Salary Range:
₹3.0 LPA – ₹7.0 LPA (based on experience and communication skills)
