Champaran Delights is a fast-growing dining brand known for its authentic handi-based dishes, premium service experience, and warm, family-friendly environment. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager who can drive daily operations with ownership and discipline.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing staff, maintaining service quality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (dine-in, takeaways, online orders)
  • Manage team schedules, grooming, discipline, and performance
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food quality
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaint resolution
  • Monitor inventory, consumption, wastage, and vendor coordination
  • Support billing, POS operations, and cash handling
  • Lead service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with safety and restaurant SOPs

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Basic knowledge of POS, billing, and order management
  • Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Preference to candidates staying nearby
