B2B Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Inside Sales Associate to join our team and drive lead generation efforts, playing a key role in expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify, target, and qualify potential business clients through various channels including cold calling, LinkedIn and email campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers and understand the needs of potential clients in relation to talent sourcing and evaluation.
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients, create compelling pitches, and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system. Track progress and follow up on leads consistently to move them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to align lead generation efforts with broader sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in AI-driven hiring solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or IoT industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Excellent research and analytical skills for identifying and qualifying leads.
Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI or IoT products.
Familiarity with industry.
