Roles and Responsibilities

  • Should be able to Head a Department and lead a team of Electrical Engineers
  • Manage electrical projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination for smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15-18 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial construction projects with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of Indian electrical codes and regulations.
