Alteryx is seeking a skilled Cloud Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our global multi-cloud infrastructure. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in GCP, AWS, and Azure, and a passion for automation, reliability, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Cloud Engineering, Identity, and Platform Operations—to ensure our environments remain secure, scalable, and efficient.

• Administer and support daily operations across GCP, AWS, and Azure environments.

• Handle service requests, manage incidents, and perform root cause analysis for cloud infrastructure issues.

• Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and cost across multi-cloud workloads.

• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Terraform, Ansible, or scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and CI/CD pipelines for consistent and reliable deployments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance policies.

• Leverage monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver) for proactive issue identification and resolution.

• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process enhancements for ongoing service improvement.

• Participate in the on-call rotation to support critical production systems when needed.

• 5+ years of experience managing and supporting multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).

• Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals including compute, storage, networking, and IAM across all three platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC frameworks.

• Proficiency with Ansible or other configuration management tools.

• Basic scripting and automation experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems and common networking protocols.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and automated deployment workflows.

• Exposure to cloud security principles and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proven experience in multi-cloud administration, with GCP and AWS as primary and Azure as secondary focus.

• Expertise with Terraform modules and Git-based workflows for infrastructure management.

• Familiarity with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) or Event-Driven Ansible.

• Proficiency in cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.

• Experience using monitoring and alerting tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Datadog.

• Exposure to AI-driven automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

• Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for documentation and collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

• Demonstrated curiosity, growth mindset, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.

• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
