SR EXECUTIVE-H2RJob Description
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESService Delivery
- Process a variety of tasks for HR Center of Excellence transactional work and become a subject matter expert in those specific functions. In addition, gain working knowledge of other internal Center of Excellence teams within HR Shared Services
- Address service delivery suspensions or obstacles that require managerial judgement and knowledge – root cause research, analyze issues and facts, use standard policies/procedures, to resolve complex cases.
- Drive data quality and audit practices which recognize the HRIS system as the core system for HR data.
- Should possess strong analytical skills for this position, as the Senior Executive will need to gather and analyze data on compensation and benefits trends, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs.
- Manage service delivery of global Corporate Enterprise programs – compensation, benefits, onboarding, learning, development, and HR reporting.
- Ensure performance of processes within Corporate Enterprise functions assist in the overall achievement of HR Shared Services performance targets.
- Address service delivery suspensions or obstacles that require managerial judgement and knowledge – root cause research, analyze issues and facts, use standard policies/procedures, to resolve complex cases.
- Drive data quality and audit practices which recognize the HRIS system as the core system for HR data.
- Should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams are critical for this position.
Process Management
- Become specialized in processing complex events (i.e., enrollment, qualified plan changes, benefits billing, pension administration, and 401(k) administration) and updating associate data in the Human Resource Information System – SAP HCM.
- Become specialized in processing complex events (i.e., execution of cyclical and annual merit programs. Scope to include data preparation, data upload, review, and audit) and updating associate data in the Human Resource Information System – SAP HCM.
- Partner with the Labor and Employment Corporate Enterprise function to understand and deliver compliance in onboarding requirements and governmental reporting.
- Partner with HR Specialist and HRBPs in successful completion of raised request and process. Also, ensure the SOPs are up to date with current process changes.
Perform end to end transactions in SAP for processes like 401k, retirement, merit, payroll, bonus and benefits changes.
Become a proficient user of HR Shared Services systems and software applications and stay current on new and changing procedures, practices, and technology.
Follow established processes by taking appropriate action, communicating with Human Resource Specialist, and following up for timely resolution.
Provide excellent customer service to HR requestors and document requests in the case management system (ServiceNow).
Futuristic Responsibilities:
- Acting and performing as a point of contact between regional HRBPs and GSS.
- Developing process maps for the upstream and downstream processes understanding.
- Assisting with associates' queries related to hiring, salary/promotions, and org structure changes.
