Jewellery Sales Manager/Sales Executive

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the showroom/store.

The Candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, and in-depth knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Drive in-store sales through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and ensure the team is well-informed on all jewellery lines.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to improve footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently maintained.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement or inventory teams.
  • Handle high-value transactions and ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities; recommend necessary adjustments to strategy.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in jewellery or luxury retail; 1–2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer-centric approach with a passion for luxury products.

Knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstones, and hallmarking standards is a plus.

Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and CRM software.
