  • Role & responsibilities
  • Providing business and administrative support to the CEO.
  • One point contact between the principals (supplier) and the Customer. Making sure timely information is provided to both customers and principal for smooth operation.
  • Determine Customers requirement, enquiries & sending them quotations.
  • Maintaining Management Information System (MIS) to aid managers in decision-making.
  • Handling co-ordination activities right from receipt till execution of order i.e. till the material reaches its destination and we receive our commission / service income.
  • Tracking of shipment and keeping customers informed on expected time of arrival, share documents and provide original documents status.
  • Ensuring Installation of machines are done on time by the Service Engineers and service invoices raised in SAP.
  • Payment follow up with customers and raise commission Invoice to generate income.
  • Attending customer queries and replying to their satisfaction by providing timely information and after-sales service.
  • Collating sales information from the sales engineers and service engineers and prepare MPRM presentation every month to be submitted to Management
  • Updating the AR (Accounts Receivable) for Finance on monthly basis stating the payment status from the customers and principals.
  • Making sure all the data is fed it SAP for Vauelinks by providing templates duly filled, approved by concerned and uploading the same in One ACG helpdesk.
  • Coordinating with the Clearing agent for Import shipment clearance and arranging for transport of Machine to destination.
  • Raising Import Purchase orders in SAP for Autopack spares and keeping a follow up on the material till it reaches our site.
  • Sending request (duly filled template) to Admin and Riya Travel for Car booking for the team as and when required.
