Job Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Expert who can strategically plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive targeted traffic from social media platforms - particularly from the Netherlands, German, France, USA & UK audience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing performance-driven social media campaigns for eCommerce or service-based websites.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase Netherlands, German, France, USA & UK-based traffic, engagement and conversions.

. Manage and grow brand presence across major platforms - Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube.

. Create and schedule compelling, high-quality, and brand-aligned content (posts, reels, stories, ads, etc.).

. Run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) targeting Netherlands, German, France, USA & UK demographics.

. Analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools to track ROI and optimize campaigns.

. Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and content alignment.

Engage with followers, influencers, and online communities to build relationships and boost brand awareness.

. Stay up to date with platform algorithms, trends and competitor activities relevant to the Netherlands, German, France, USA & UK market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

. Proven experience in generating organic and paid traffic from social platforms for the Netherlands, German, France, USA & UK audience.

. Strong understanding of social media analytics, pixel tracking, and A/B testing.

. Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.

. Excellent English communication skills.

. Creativity in visual content and ad copy creation.

. Ability to design data-backed campaigns that deliver measurable results (CTR, CPC, traffic growth).

. Knowledge of Netherlands, German, France, USA & UK consumer behavior and engagement trends is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience in eCommerce, health or lifestyle brands.

. Familiarity with influencer outreach and collaborations.

. Experience managing multiple brand pages or campaigns simultaneously.

Performance Metrics

. Monthly increase traffic and engagement rates.

. Growth in followers and community participation.

. Achieving targeted traffic-to-conversion ratios.

. Reduced cost-per-click (CPC) and improved return on ad spend (ROAS).
