About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support data management, reporting, and performance tracking activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, a good understanding of data accuracy standards, and an aptitude for working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and manage MIS reports and dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions
  • Develop and automate Excel-based reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Prepare KPI metrics, performance trend analysis, and operational reports
  • Ensure data integrity and quality while generating critical reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather report requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in any stream (Commerce/Science/Engineering preferred)
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas, etc.)
  • Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time-management skills

Contract Duration

  • 6 Months (extendable based on performance and business requirement)
