Lead Data Analyst

As a Data Analytics Manager here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for building cross-functional analytics & action solutions across diverse business areas including Finance, ISC, Commercial, R&D, Engineering, Legal, and HR. You will design and implement sophisticated data models, manage comprehensive insights to action portfolio, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions that drive business decisions and operational excellence.

You will report to our Director IT, Data Analytics and Gen AI who oversees our analytics and AI delivery across the organization.

In this role, you will have significant impact enabling data-driven decision making throughout the organization by bridging technical capabilities with complex business requirements. You will be instrumental in understanding diverse stakeholder needs and translating them into effective data models, analytics solutions, and actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Multi-Domain Analysis Expertise: Serve as a versatile functional subject matter expert across diverse business domains (Finance, ISC, Commercial, R&D, Engineering, Legal, HR) with comprehensive understanding of both technical processes and business operations
• Advanced Data Architecture: Design and implement sophisticated data models that support complex business and technical requirements while ensuring scalability, performance, and enterprise alignment
• Analytics Portfolio Management: Maintain and optimize comprehensive inventory of reports and analytics assets with clear ownership, documentation, and governance processes
• Technical Excellence: Systematically identify and address data model inefficiencies and technical debt to improve performance, maintainability, and business value
• Solution Development Lifecycle: Create, enhance, and retire reports through data-driven decisions and stakeholder feedback while implementing comprehensive end-to-end solutions
• Cross-functional Implementation: Develop complete analytics solutions from requirements through data models, ETL processes, and visualizations that meet diverse business objectives
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with Data Architecture, Business Domain teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy
• Domain Integration: Develop specialized expertise in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PLM/LIMS) and create seamless data integration solutions across technical platforms.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience : Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in analytics delivery with demonstrated business impact across multiple functional domains
• Technical Expertise : Expert-level skills in Data Modeling and transformations in SQL, Python and DAX, with demonstrated ability to develop and optimize complex data solutions across multiple domains.
• Strong business knowledge spanning multiple functional areas 2-3 of (Finance, ISC, Commercial, R&D, Engineering, Legal, HR) with ability to quickly understand diverse business processes and technical requirements
• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data models and schemas that support both business and technical reporting needs
• Proven track record in developing end-to-end analytics solutions that integrate data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights to diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional ability to interpret complex business and technical requirements and transform them into effective data models and analytics solutions
• Demonstrated ability to move between different functional domains and technical environments with minimal ramp-up time

• Proven success working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders to drive analytics initiatives.
• Knowledge of data requirements for regulated industries and compliance reporting in a specialized manufacturing environment
