Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in New Delhi. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and managing product displays, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, and ensuring optimal stock levels. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience in sales and retail operations to drive performance and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of marketing principles to support promotional activities and branding initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage inventory and analyze sales trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and lead initiatives independently
  • Experience in merchandising or retail management is an advantage
