Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,00,000 per annum and above (based on interview and experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical ability, technical understanding, and experience working with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable and user-focused products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Leadership teams.
  • Translate user insights and business needs into functional product requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end product development cycles from planning to launch.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and user behavior to improve product performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage product timelines effectively.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of product management experience.
  • Strong understanding of technology, UX principles, and business strategy.
  • Ability to create clear product documentation and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, CS, Business, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making and ownership mindset.

Compensation

  • ₹15 LPA or higher, based on performance in interviews and relevant experience.

Work Location

  • On-site role at Bandra West, Mumbai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
