Consultant – Project Management

A

ssist our team in fulfilling their contracted Project Management obligations on large
c

onstruction projects across the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion and
o

ccupation;

S

upport, and report on, the change management process on selected projects, and put in
p

lace effective protocols to support successful delivery;

H

ave detailed knowledge and experience of project management processes, including a clear
u

nderstanding of the key deliverables for a Project Team, as defined under RIBA stages 0 to 7;

A

ssist the Project Director, or Associate, in developing, monitoring and reporting on key
p

erformance metrics by applying tools and procedures that contribute to successful project
d

elivery;

M

ake effective contribution to Project Management processes, irrespective of the scale and
c

omplexity of a project;

B

e able to operate independently by planning and prioritising their own work, and ensuring
t

hat our scope of service obligations are met;

S

upport, or champion, excellent health and safety practices on Project Management
c

ommissions to achieve safe, sustainable and efficient outcomes that meet agreed
o

bjectives;

P

roactively identify and highlight any threats to progress and scope of service obligations;

P

reparation of monthly reports, meeting minutes, and other management documentation to
s

upport successful delivery of our commissions.

inimum Degree Qualified from an internationally recognised University in an appropriate

roperty or Construction related discipline

elevant experience, min. 5+ years, in a Project Management or Construction role;

ood level of spoken and written English, evidenced by an internationally recognised English

anguage qualification;

eing confident in obtaining information from people and being sufficiently proactive;

ossess an ability to analyse information from different sources and assemble into a
m

eaningful document in the form of a report, programme, spreadsheet, etc.

apable of managing, recording and prioritising their own business activities, recognising and
r

econciling conflicts to their achievement;

e responsive to change and accurately record and communicate variations and their
c

onsequences;
C

omfortable with receiving instructions leading to defined tasks and accepting personal
r

esponsibility for their actions;

nderstands the criticality of providing support to an overseas manager to fulfil a defined
c

ontractual obligation;

onversant with Microsoft software such as Project, Excel, Powerpoint and Word;

nowledge of industry standards and best practices in Project or Design Management;
