We are looking forward to hire Cloud for Customer (C4C) Professionals in the following areas :

Scope of Services

• Involve in design meeting sessions and provide technical solutions, where all applicable. This includes suggestions on SAP best practices to better translate business requirements into SAP applications.

• Understand the complex business requirements and meet with functional team to gather business/functional requirements for the SAP implementation & Support.

• Design, Development and Enhancement of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), Marketing Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), S/4HANA Sales & After sales and Sinch Contact Center (CTI) applications.

• Coordinate with offshore and manage SAP Hybris Commerce application development and support.

Work on support release upgrade and project development activities.

• Analyze and communicate issues and resolution, including problems with data integrity, data design, functional, technical and software issues, monitor & performance improvement.
• Collaborate with the IT and user(s) departments to develop specifications for system enhancements for continuous improvement.

• Developing SAP applications as per business and functional requirements adhering to the best practices, Comprehend and comply with IT policies and processes.

• Develop proof-of-concept and prototypes in the SAP systems to help illustrate useful approaches to applying technology to solve business problems.

• Develop business intelligence capabilities with embedded data analytics, ad-hoc reporting, and what-if analysis to build all into the application.

• Involve in all phases of testing the application, addressing the issues identified and documentation.

• Providing hyper care support to the projects going live and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and create process documents in knowledge repository.

Scope of Deliverables

• Provide integrated Customer Relationship Management Solution (SAP C4C) and Marketing cloud for various business departments (Customer Experience, Client Services, Digital Marketing, Sales and Distribution and Vehicle Management System) in the SAP system.
• Provision and ensure SAP Cloud Portal to interact with SAP C4C PCM fiori apps on retailer portal using SAP Cloud Platform

Streamline data flows and simplify data gathering and analysis.

• Reduce manual activities and increase user productivity.

Provide a state-of-the-art user experience to the business community.

Improve overall performance of the SAP Cloud systems and provide faster availability for the users.

• Enable real-time data availability from integrated SAP S4HANA system.
