**Role Description

A. Monthly Accounts and Compliances

  1. GSTR-1 on or before 11 ^ (th) day of months

K 2. GSTR-2B Reconciliation with books and Follow up to Trace the Invoices.

  1. GSTR RCM working and Payments on or before 20 ^ (th) day of months

  2. GSTR-3B working and filling on or before 20 ^ (th) Day of the Months

  3. TDS deduction to check on invoice, Working and Payments on or before 7th day of months K.

  4. Professional Tax Payments and Return on or before 30 ^ (th) day of Months

  5. Monthly Personal Saving accounts Reconciliation.

  6. Monthly Investment reconciliation

B. QUARTERLY COMPLIANCES

  1. TDS Return in form 27A- on or before 15 ^ (th) day of Months

  2. TDS return Normal on or before 30 ^ (th) day of quarter

  3. Advance Tax Compliance on or before 15th day of the Months

  4. TDS Certificate

D. Annual Compliances

  1. Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation

  2. Adjustment and Closing entry of Accounts

  3. Fixed Assets Register

  4. Depreciation as per income tax Act

  5. Preparation of Accounts as per format.

  6. Income Tax return of all company and Individual, HUF

  7. Balance Sheet and Notes to Accounts

  8. Details of Addition of Fixed Assets

  9. Co-ordination with Auditor for TAX AUDIT

  10. Co-ordination with Auditor for GST Audit

  11. MCA- Compliance of PVT LTD Company, AOC-4, MGT-7A, ADT-1, DIR-3

  12. MCA compliance of AECO ENGINEERING LLP-Form 11 and Form-8**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, and building strong client relationships. They will oversee the account management process, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and monitoring market trends.

Salary offered
5-7 LPA depending on experience and knowledge.
