Role Description

To oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring timely delivery of goods in a cost-effective, compliant, and customer-focused manner.

Work Location: Bangalore, Onsite.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Plan and execute daily logistics operations (transport, warehousing, dispatch).

2.    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales teams.

3.    Arrange and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

4.    Managing the key KPIs at maximum GB standards – OTIF, Max Cube, and Fill rate.

5.    Managing FEFO.

6.    Maintain accurate logistics documentation (invoices, delivery challans, shipping papers).

7.    Vehicle alignment and fixed asset management, IT assets, HH, and Printers.

8.    Rejection and return process control

9.    Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal stakeholders for the smooth flow of goods

KPIs

1.    OTIF – Target - 98 % – 100 % of on-time vehicles dispatched,

2.    Fill rate – Target - 100% to effectively meet customer demand and ensure high order fulfillment.

3.    MaxCube – Target 95% by improving vehicle loading efficiency by 100%, thereby reducing the number of trips and optimizing fleet utilization.

4.    FIFO/FEFO Compliance - Maintained 100% adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices, significantly reducing product expiry risks and ensuring consistent product quality

Qualifications & Experience:
Any Degree and 1–3 years in food/bakery/FMCG preferred/SCM Industry
