Job Description: Travel Sales Consultant (PPC Calls)

Role Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant who can efficiently handle PPC inbound calls, convert high-intent leads, and sell international flight tickets (US market preferred). The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, solid GDS knowledge, and prior experience in PPC/Meta lead handling within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle PPC/Meta inbound sales calls and convert them into bookings.
  • Sell international flight tickets, primarily for the US market.
  • Understand customer needs and offer the best fare options & itineraries.
  • Work on GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication & negotiation.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Process changes, refunds, and cancellations when required.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and booking details for every reservation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in International Travel Sales (PPC/Meta calls preferred).
  • Strong verbal & written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience handling PPC/Meta leads for travel sales.
  • Knowledge of airfare rules, US market routes, and international travel guidelines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Confidence, negotiation ability, and customer-focused approach.
