Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, multi-skilled Marketing Interns who can wear multiple hats and contribute across various marketing functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile individual to gain hands-on experience in design, digital marketing, content creation, and marketing strategy in the engineering services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative

· Create visually compelling graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing materials

· Design brochures, case studies, and technical documentation layouts

· Develop infographics and data visualizations for engineering content

Digital Marketing

· Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics

· Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms

· Manage email marketing campaigns and automation

Marketing Operations

· Support event marketing and trade show activities

· Assist in lead generation and nurturing campaigns

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Qualifications

Education

· Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Engineering, or related field

· Final year students or recent graduates preferred

Technical Skills

· Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools like Canva Pro, Figma

· Digital Marketing: Understanding of social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager

· Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel

· Basic Web Skills: HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

Soft Skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication in English

· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

· Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous internship or project experience in marketing/design

· Portfolio showcasing design and content creation work

· Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles

· Photography and video production skills
