Social Media Engagement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and queries on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Escalate technical or product-specific queries to the relevant internal team.
  • Maintain brand tone and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Track recurring questions or concerns and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for user feedback-based content suggestions.
  • Maintain daily engagement reports and flag high-priority or sensitive comments.
  • Assist in community building through authentic interaction and goodwill gestures (e.g., thanking loyal followers, encouraging UGC).

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (regional languages a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and internet slang.
  • Empathy and strong customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in digital communication.
