Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
  • Monitor resource allocation including manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures at the site.
  • Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity estimation.
  • Identify technical issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
  • Plan and schedule work as per project timelines and deadlines.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans and design.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 3-7 years of experience in building construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil works execution, site supervision, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Good understanding of quantity estimation and billing.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
