Position: Site Supervisor

Department: Operations/Site

Reports To: Project Manager/Operations Manager

Experience : 1-2 years

Salary : 18K to 25k

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at projects at sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site activities, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor work progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of work activities, reports, and incidents.
  • Train and mentor site staff and workers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in site supervision (Interior work, construction, engineering, or relevant fields).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
