Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to design *interactive dashboards, KPIs, and reports* using *Power BI, SQL, and Excel*, spotlighting opportunities in non-performing sales regions.

  • Develop and maintain *ETL pipelines* (SQL/PySpark) to streamline data flow for sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to craft strategies that drive growth in low-performing markets, products, or customer segments.

  • Ensure *data accuracy, governance, and security compliance* while identifying trends to revive sluggish sales areas.

  • Conduct root-cause analysis of sales dips and propose data-backed initiatives to turn around performance.

  • Present insights to management, focusing on actionable steps to expand sales in non-performing areas and optimize overall revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's in *Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field*.

  • 2–5 years of experience as a *Business/Data Analyst* or *BI Developer*, preferably in sales-driven tech or retail.

  • Expertise in *Power BI, SQL Server, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)*, and sales analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex insights simply.

  • Experience in *sales forecasting, market segmentation, and driving growth in underperforming areas*.

  • Knowledge of *data visualization best practices* and business process optimization.
