Job Title: Catalog Associate (Field Work)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Catalog Associate who will collect, verify, and update product information directly from merchants in the field. The role involves traveling to partner stores, capturing product details, images, pricing, and ensuring accurate catalog listings on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned merchants to gather product data such as names, prices, attributes, and availability.
• Capture high-quality product photos using mobile tools/apps.
• Ensure accuracy of product listings and update the catalog regularly.
• Coordinate with merchants to resolve missing or incorrect information.
• Upload product details into the system following internal cataloging guidelines.
• Identify catalog gaps and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the operations and sales teams for smooth onboarding of new merchants.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic understanding of grocery/FMCG products.
• Good communication skills in English/Kannada/Hindi (any).
• Comfortable with field visits and merchant interaction.
• Ability to use mobile apps, Google Sheets, and basic data entry tools.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
