Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Qualification: Any Degree
Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Rs 20,000.00 – Rs 30,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.
· Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to provide knowledgeable support.
· Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
