Location: Sector 19, Dwarka, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (10am-7pm)

We're looking for a Front Desk Executive who will be the face of CoWYND — someone warm, organized, and proactive in managing day-to-day front-office operations while creating a welcoming experience for every visitor and member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, members, and clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Manage front desk operations including calls, messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs.
  • Handle daily seat bookings, meeting room reservations, and event coordination.
  • Support billing and payment collection (cash, UPI, or card).
  • Maintain records for payments, inquiries, and visitor traffic.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain reception area aesthetics — tidy, well-stocked, and client-ready.
  • Assist management in daily reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Represent the CoWYND brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Polite, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Prior experience in coworking, hospitality, or office administration preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream).
  • Min. 1 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi required.
