This individual should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and client service in the immigration, visa, or related service industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding regional sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Formulate and execute short & long-term sales strategies tailored to the designated Gujarat region
  • Identify untapped markets, develop expansion strategies, and establish company presence in new territories
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with high-value clients through exceptional service delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Manage Profit & Loss for the Gujarat region, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency
  • Use data-driven analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures
  • Operate with unwavering integrity and set examples of ethical business practices for the entire team

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate degree
  • Minimum 10 years of B2C sales experience with a proven record of revenue generation and team leadership
  • Experience in immigration, visa, financial services, or similar service-based industries is highly desirable
  • Exceptional sales acumen with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to adjust strategies based on market data
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Self-driven, forward-thinking mindset with resilience in the face of challenges
  • Principled leadership approach with the highest moral and ethical standards
