The ideal candidate is a hardcore sales professional with exceptional leadership capabilities who has a deep understanding of revenue generation, team development, and ethical business practices. This individual should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and client service in the immigration, visa, or related service industries.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding regional sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Formulate and execute short & long-term sales strategies tailored to the designated Gujarat region
- Identify untapped markets, develop expansion strategies, and establish company presence in new territories
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with high-value clients through exceptional service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage Profit & Loss for the Gujarat region, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency
- Use data-driven analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures
- Operate with unwavering integrity and set examples of ethical business practices for the entire team
Qualifications
- Any Graduate degree
- Minimum 10 years of B2C sales experience with a proven record of revenue generation and team leadership
- Experience in immigration, visa, financial services, or similar service-based industries is highly desirable
- Exceptional sales acumen with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to adjust strategies based on market data
- Excellent relationship management skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Self-driven, forward-thinking mindset with resilience in the face of challenges
- Principled leadership approach with the highest moral and ethical standards
