Reparar equipo mecnico elctrico complejo de la planta, efectuando operaciones de diagnstico de la falla, ajustes y calibraciones, ensamble e instalacin en componentes y mquinas que requieren precisin y especificaciones estrictas.
Responsabilidades:- Efectuar operaciones de diagnstico de la falla, ajuste, calibracin, ensamble e instalacin de partes que requieren precisin y especificaciones estrictas.
- Ejecutar las funciones mecnicas necesarias para la instalacin y mantenimiento de mquinas de produccin y mantenimiento de equipo de edificios.
- Ejecutar rutinas complejas de mantenimiento preventivo planeado de acuerdo programa ya establecido, segn los requerimientos.
- Usar herramienta manual, equipo de fuerza, mquinas soldadoras, vehculos levantadores mviles (montacargas, gras, etc.) y otro equipo necesario para hacer el trabajo.
- Debe leer e interpretar dibujos y manuales de instruccin para hacer nuevas instalaciones o reparaciones a equipo existente.
- Desensamblar y reparar equipo mecnico como: Bombas, Cajas de transmisin, controles hidrulicos aditamentos y equipo neumtico.
- Operar y controlar sistemas de servicios, haciendo ajustes y reparaciones para su funcionamiento.
- Realizar trabajos elctricos no muy complejos cuando sea necesario.
- Carrera Tcnica mecnico electricista o carrera tcnica mecnico.
- Experiencia de al menos 6 aos en mantenimiento mecnico de mquinas herramientas.
- Turnos Rotativos (Da, Tarde y Noche)
- La planta se encuentra localizada en Santa Catarina, Nuevo Len.
