Job Description:
  • ScholartudeTech is seeking an experienced and passionate Cybersecurity Faculty member to teach, mentor, and inspire students in the field of information security and ethical hacking.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on industry experience, preparing learners to tackle real-world security challenges and build successful careers in cybersecurity.
Job Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

  • Design and deliver engaging lectures, labs, and workshops on topics such as network security, ethical hacking, cryptography, cloud security, and cyber forensics.
  • Create and update course materials, assignments, and lab exercises that reflect the latest cybersecurity trends and practices.

Student Mentorship & Guidance

  • Mentor students on cybersecurity projects, certifications, and career pathways.
  • Provide personalized support to help learners master complex security concepts and best practices.

Research & Industry Engagement

  • Stay updated with emerging threats, tools, and technologies in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Guide students in conducting research and real-world simulations, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.

Collaboration & Program Development

  • Work closely with academic teams and industry experts to continuously upgrade the curriculum.
  • Support industry collaborations, live projects, and hackathons to give students hands-on exposure to real security scenarios.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 02–06 years of teaching or professional experience in cybersecurity or information security.

Strong knowledge of:

  • Network & Application Security
  • Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing
  • Cryptography & Secure Coding Practices
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Security
  • Incident Response & Risk Management
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex security topics for students of varying skill levels.

Preferred Attributes

  • Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent.
  • Experience in threat analysis, vulnerability management, or security operations.
  • Passion for teaching and guiding the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
