  • Conduct regular visits to customers' homes to recover outstanding debts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including payment agreements and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in collection management, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer durables, consumer finance, and personal loans.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at their homes.
