Role Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Assistant General Manager – Sales to spearhead and grow our B2C, B2B, and Key Accounts verticals. This leadership role will oversee a high-performing team of 15–30 sales professionals, driving them towards ambitious targets and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales strategist with a strong track record in delivering revenue growth, cultivating long-term client partnerships, and successfully managing large-scale, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales strategy for B2C, B2B, and Key Accounts portfolios.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition, retention, and upselling.
• Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve performance excellence.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
• Represent EON Elevators in major client meetings, trade fairs, and industry forums.
Requirements:
• 15–20 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the elevator or engineering industry.
• Strong track record in managing multi-segment sales portfolios.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage high-value accounts and complex projects.
