Qualification & Experience:Mandatory - 6 to 10 years of experience in P&C Insurance. Strong Insurance domain knowledge. Understanding of policy structure (layers, limits, deductibles) and how it works in insurance industry. Insurance & Re-insurance Subject, Underwriting concepts
Preferred - Team handling and People Management (KRA & Appraisal handling experience)Preferred - P&C Domain – NATCAT Modeling experience. Knowledge on RMS, Union, SOV Cleansing/scrubbing. Minimum 2 to 5 years of NATCAT
End to End Modelling work experience (Any LOB). Preference NA RegionsGraduate in any discipline Required Skills:Attention to detail and superior communication skills - Business fluent in English (reading and writing)Applying Insurance & Re-insurance policy conditions, analysis of client exposure data against to different perils, quantifying natural catastrophe risk based on catastrophe modeling software
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of relevant business applications and systems
Advanced task planning – time management skills and experience of scheduling tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities
Good understanding of how the organization works (identify owners and decision makers)High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness and working independently
Self-motivated individual, Positive and pro-active manner, Team player, Positive professional attitude, willingness to learn
