As an inside sales associate, you will be crucial in promoting and selling digital solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and building long lasting relationships.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring seamless user experience, implementing technical SEO best practices, and optimizing website functionality. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to build visually appealing, responsive, and high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop and customize WordPress websites based on client specifications.
• Implement and modify themes, plugins, and custom functionalities.
• Conduct internal reviews and quality assurance before deployment.
• Ensure website security, updates, and troubleshooting post-launch.

2. Website User Experience (UX) Optimization

• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, responsive, and easy to navigate.
• Conduct cross-browser testing and optimize for fast load times.
• Work closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency.

3. Technical SEO Implementation

• Optimize metadata, structured data, images, and page speed.
• Follow a structured SEO checklist before website launch.
• Monitor technical SEO compliance via
  Zoho CRM
  and other tracking tools.

4. Website Appointment Booking Tool Development

• Develop and integrate appointment booking features for healthcare websites.
• Conduct pre-launch testing and ensure seamless functionality.
• Train end-users on using the appointment tool effectively.

5. Website Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance

• Identify and fix bugs within a 48-hour resolution window.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issue resolutions.
• Perform post-resolution quality checks to prevent recurrence.

6. Project & Delivery Management

• Adhere to the
  5-day website turnaround time (TAT)
  for project completion.
• Maintain daily progress updates and flag potential risks early.
• Ensure websites are launched successfully with minimal post-launch revisions.

7. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

• Regularly update clients and internal teams on project progress.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists.
• Ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Web Development, or related field.
• 1-3 years
  of experience in WordPress development.
• Experience with
  WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders
  (Elementor).
• Understanding of
  SEO best practices
  and website optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with
  Zoho CRM or similar tracking tools
  is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website bugs efficiently.
• Strong understanding of website security and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or service-based website development.
• Knowledge of
  Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance tracking tools
  .
• Basic knowledge of
  UI/UX design principles
  .
• Experience with
  WooCommerce, and third-party tools/ plug-ins
  .
