JOB DESCRIPTION – Designer& Animator

WeTales is our creative powerhouse, specializing in bespoke digital invitations that blend storytelling, animation, 3D design, and personalization to deliver unforgettable first impressions. From save-the-dates to full wedding invite suites, WeTales brings every love story to life—visually and emotionally.

· Maintaining direct communication between the company and clients.

· Ensure the smooth flow of project operations.

· Meeting the clients' specifications.

· Manage team's daily workflow to meet deadlines.

· Maintain confidential details.

· Manage day to day office operations.

· Answering questions or resolving specific complaints of clients.

· Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically.

· Compile and maintain records on client accounts.

· Screen feedback and requests from clients to provide solutions.

· Escalate complaints to relevant team members.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients.

· Process feedback from the client.

. Develop creative visual concepts and designs for digital, print, and social media.

· Create layouts, graphics, and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines.

· Design marketing materials such as banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and web graphics.

· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.

· Ensure visual consistency across all brand communication platforms.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thaltej Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
