  • Is responsible for importing, creating, publishing and performing documented QC checks on PSRs located in electronic document management system (eDMS) for PV; creating electronic compliant published reports for submissions to regulatory agencies and troubleshoots any issues that occur in eDMS and other publishing systems.
  • Trains and mentors new internal and vendor colleagues involved in either the authoring or approval of PSRs in the use of the eDMS as well as the advanced features of Microsoft Word.
  • Ensures the availability and provides location of documents within the eDMS if necessary, creates binders and templates in eDMS and notifies the PREs for further action.
  • Prepares the assembly in Calyx RIM for the publishing, reviews final lay out publishes and performs quality checks on PSR reports in eDMS; ensure the reports are run according to the proposed schedule, escalates if reports are at risk for being late.
  • Ensures PV reports are created, authored, versioned, published, and approved in eDMS adhering to ICH requirements.
  • eDMS SME who participates in working groups pertaining to eDMS requirements, improvements, and new publishing tools; ensures QDs are accurate and current, updates as processes / tools change; ensures performance of quality checks of finished reports; shares results, implements actions for quality improvement.
  • SME for internal / partner audits and inspections; trains and mentors new staff.
  • Provide or receive training on Customer-specific processes, systems, or products.
  • Other tasks as required.
