**Customer Service Representative Opportunity**

The Notion Press Platform is a rapidly expanding software solution that empowers aspiring authors to publish their work with ease. As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our users and helping to grow the platform through user insights and cross-selling opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist platform users by addressing their queries and concerns via email and phone calls, ensuring a seamless experience for authors.
  • Cross-sell premium packages and add-on services, increasing awareness of the platform's offerings.
  • Educate users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options.
  • Gather insights from users on their experience, identifying what works well and areas needing improvement.
  • Share valuable user feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly.
  • Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) to engage with users.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for helping users succeed.
  • A proactive attitude toward cross-selling and promoting high-value services.
  • Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
