About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive (1-3 years of experience) to manage and optimize our online sales channels, product listings, A+ Content, with core expertise in ADVERTISEMENT and performance analysis on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, WayFair, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

  • Manage daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content).
  • Monitor and ensure product visibility, pricing accuracy, and catalog quality.

Performance & Reporting (with Ad Focus)

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
  • Monitor key advertising performance indicators, specifically focusing on achieving target ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) and maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Analyze the impact of ad spend on overall sales velocity using metrics like TACOS (Total ACOS).
  • Monitor sales performance, product ranking, and marketplace KPIs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, returns, and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, coupons, and advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for creatives, brand visibility, and premium content execution.
  • Leverage advertising data to refine product positioning and marketing strategy.

Customer Service & Compliance

  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Ensure listings meet marketplace guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Manage returns, claims, and seller support ticket resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations with a strong focus on marketplace Ads management.
  • Proven ability to run and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon and/or Flipkart, demonstrating an understanding of metrics like ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Seller Panels and ad dashboards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, order management tools, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or D2C/B2B website handling.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product photography coordination.
  • Knowledge of bulk upload templates and listings optimization tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
